He released his debut single, Worth Fighting For, a song he recorded with Embrace's Mickey Dale, for pre-order in mid June, ready for full release on Friday 22nd July. The song has already had airplay on the BBC, recieving praise from one of their BBC Introducing show hosts. Martha Phillips - Martha Phillips is a Leeds/Manchester based singer-songwriter. Having been writing from a young age, listening to artists such as Ben Howard and Laura Marling, her music took a distinct indie/folk path. However, after starting her own band - The Elephant Trees - in the beginning of 2015, it has taken a more alt-rock turn, making for an interesting and compelling dynamic. With honest and and raw lyrics, cutting through catchy hooks, these songs will not leave your mind."
