FLYNT - “A northern brewed indie pop four piece, FLYNT brace fierce melodic hooks against a thick rhythmic backbone. Making waves with their confident style and retro sensibilities, they've proven they're here to stay.” You can find them here: Mother Lover - Leeds-based six-piece Mother Lover combine a wealth of past and present musical influences into their music, from late-60s inspired rock and roll with the experimentation of later Beatles records, embedded with The American Songbook inspired harmonies and melodies of Randy Newman, whilst lyrically painting an in-depth and often satirical observation of love, behaviours and contemporary culture. Starting as an acoustic trio in the summer of 2015, before meeting Josh who was the sound engineer for one of their gigs. Since the 4 got together they’ve been creating genre-crossing music which is instantly both singable and memorable. Imagine the catchy choruses of recent pop bands such as The 1975, but mixed with the guitar-driven sound of Foo Fighters, and a sprinkling of John Mayer’s blues riffing. Their debut EP was released in December 2016 - Man Made Horizon - available across all good digital platforms. Spotify: Instagram: Michigan_UK Tickets are £3 in Advance or £5 OTD: BUY HERE
